CDU Aspire Program

This week I ran a team building and communication workshop for the CDU Team Aspire program.

I adore this initiative, I’ve been involved as a mentor for the past 8 years. This group of young people represent the future leaders of the NT and it was so fun to run a bunch of activities for them.

We did a range of fun, interactive games that tested communication, growth mindset, creativity, connection and networking skills. Always a joy to create games that are interesting but also have lessons for skills development
