Celebrating Carers Workshops

Carers are some of the most beautiful, selfless and kind humans in our community. So it is a real privilege to be running workshops for CarersNT in January.

I’ve put together an interactive workshop that focuses on giving carers a couple of hours to reflect on themselves, celebrate who they are and have a bit of fun with creative and playful activities.

We ran one of these workshops at the end of 2020 with Senior Carers and it was an absolute delight to facilitate a space that let these beautiful individuals talk about themselves, laugh to reduce stress and create something simply for the sake of creating.
