Team Building Workshops

Had an excellent time running a team building, camaraderie and communication workshop for the Department of Education Media Team.

These workshops provide an opportunity for staff to engage together and learn about each others communications styles, motivations and problem solving strengths in a fun and interactive environment.

It's really enjoyable bringing play and games into workplaces and offering a safe space for colleagues to understand each other more. The idea is that through play - and a little competitiveness - teams can understand how to best work with each other and form stronger relationships to help when things are stressful and challenging at work.

We've got a range of activities to suit different sized teams but they all have one things in common - fun. The reason I like to focus on fun is that it activates different parts of the brain to make staff more agile, it can build trusting relationships and is more likely to be remembered than passive activities.
