NTTFF in Arnhem Land

Feeling incredible grateful for the opportunities I have in the Territory this week.

I've just gotten back from a week out in Maningrida and Gunbalanya in West Arnhem Land making film for the NT Travelling Film Festival. We created 10 films in 7 days! Madness.

I had an amazing time working with different groups including BábbarraWomen's Centre, Njanjma Rangers, West Arnhem Regional Council youth services, Maningrida College, and Stronger Communities for Children.

It's a privilege to use my degree to help share stories. I really feel humbled that everyone was so willing to work with me and share. I got to hunt yams, learn about Jarracharra (dry season wind), Bininj Kunborrk, screen printing incredible art and fabrics and play sport, have makeovers and be genuinely silly and joyful with young people in Arnhem Land.

Life is good friends, keep saying yes to interesting and challenging projects, you never know where it'll take you.
