Youth Worker Resilience Session
I was honoured to work with 30 Youth Workers who work directly with young people in Palmerston this week for the first ever PARYS Network Resilience and Capacity Building Session
Youth Workers play a vital role in our community and their work is hard. With such a high turn over in the youth sector, City of Palmerston contracted me to deliver a series of resilience, wellbeing and self reflection activities aimed at resetting and restarting motivations ahead of the New Year.
I feel so privileged to support this group and to offer some fun, interactive activities to help our valuable youth workers to reflect on their hard work, rediscover their WHY and celebrate each other.
This is the sort of work that brings me the most joy.
Thank you to our youth workers, 2020 has been a massive year and the effort you put into caring for the future of the Territory is absolutely appreciated.
