Strategic Arts Planning

Amy Hetherington of Amiable Communications was incredibly honoured to be invited to help with the future planning and strategic thought incubation for three of Darwin's most beloved and brilliant arts organisations.TRACKS Dance, Brown's Mart Theatre and Corrugated Iron Youth Arts held a series of workshops with arts workers and artists to think about the future of creative projects in the Territory.Amiable Communications was involved in the Next Generation group along with some of Darwin's brightest producers, performs and passionate creatives.It was a joy contributing to the discussions and thinking about how the organisations can prepare for the challenges ahead and contribute to a thriving NT performing arts sector for the next 20 years.We think there's a lot other organisation can learn about the process and about planning for the future instead of being reactionary to what is happening right now.Congratulations to TRACKS, Brown's Mart and Corro on an amazing initiative and we were thrilled to be part of it.
