I’m super proud to be part of the team behind the Surviving #iso video series – produced and coordinated by Sacha King from Two Two One Mental Health Charity.

The initiative is supported by City of Darwin and features in-depth, candid conversations between Sacha and experts in the mental health field, including nutritionists, community engagement specialists, play therapists, psychologists and relationship counsellors.

The 10 episodes have been curated to support teenagers and their families to manage their mental health in isolation. They’re incredibly informative and super useful at this challenging time.

I’ve been involved as the editor of the videos – receiving the RAW footage and tidying it up for release on YouTube and Facebook.

You should definitely check them out if you have time – they’re all produced in the Top End and feature Darwin experts.
