For the past 5 years I’ve worked with the Charles Darwin University ASPIRE Program, which supports high school students from across the Territory to raise their aspirations towards university study through confidence building activities, skills development, volunteering and encouragement.

It’s a brilliant program that I’m truly honoured to be part of. Over the years I’ve seen some incredibly young people come through the initiative and really benefit from the activities and support.

Last weekend I ran a bunch of activities for the Year 11 cohort. We focused on building confidence, talking about yourself without feeling weird, identifying our goals and values and leadership. Here’s some photos from the session. I always love the ASPIRE events and am so proud I’ve been part of the program for so long.
