For the past few months I’ve been working with MusicNT to prepare, coordinate and launch the MusicNT Legends.

The MusicNT Legends is an opportunity for community-minded, music lovers and supporters to contribute to the future of the Territory music community. It’s a new initiative and a new chapter in programs for MusicNT – the peak boy representing original music and music industry in the NT.

It was an incredible project to be involved with. Amiable Communications delivered the web design, brand graphics, themes/concepts of the initiative and then event coordinated and hosted the launch which saw leaders from the Darwin community come together for an intimate evening of live music, food and music journey stories. I am incredibly proud of the work and also very grateful to all the people that helped me pull it off. Massive thanks to White Rabbit Design and Events, Daniel Lade and Event Solutions and also to the artists who were part of the launch: Colin Lillie, Mandy Garling, Pulzanti and Stevie Jean.

Becoming a MusicNT Legend is your chance to be a part of one of the most significant moments in Northern Territory music history. It’s a chance for you to be part of the music. The NT music sector is at an exciting tipping point. Territory music is reaching a global audience and the Australian music industry is shifting its focus to this wave of musicians from the most isolated music scene in Australia. Being a MusicNT Legend is your chance to be part of what happens next.
