I had the joy of running  an interactive social-media workshop for members of the Australasian Parliamentary Educators’ Conference (APEC) which involves the education teams from each of the nine parliaments in Australia at their 2016 APEC Conference.

The theme of this year’s conference was using technology to deliver programs and communicate with stakeholders. My workshop was focused on creating good content for social media with the technology available to you – smart phones. As part of the workshop participants walked around NT Parliament House and created challenge-specific social media posts.

It was a great workshop and I look forward to running similar initiatives for other organisations and groups in the future.
